Where is the Brand?

Products are designed in Adelaide, Australia by a Teen! (we are a female owned brand)

Where do we ship?

Kissberry currently ships all around Australia and New-Zealand through Australia Post services.

How do I track my order?

Through our courier a tracking number will be provided after dispatched date. Orders processed with Express Services will automatically be fast-tracked.

Can I change my order details once ordered?

Due to high demand for our products unfortunately, we cannot amend your order once it has been placed. Although if you wish to cancel your order, our team will try our best to accommodate this request but we cannot guarantee that this can be processed within the time we process your order. If you have any concerns with any shipping requests  please look at our shipping policy or reach out to our team.
